I went to Sushi Neko a few years ago with my husband and it was good. Last week I went there for the second time and the sushi was awful. I had the volcano roll and the shrimp tempura was soggy. The roll tasted dry as well. My friend didn't eat one of her rolls because she said it was that bad. We even saw the table behind us send two entrees back. Not only has this place plunged downhill, the service was terrible. It's also way overpriced. One roll cost me $14. WILL NOT BE BACK. I will stick with Mr. Sushi in Edmond.

Sushi Neko is SO delicious. To be honest, it is the only sushi restaurant I like! Their tempura appetizer is SO good, and they have many varieties of sushi to try! Don't forget to start your meal with edamame!

Because we loved Sushi Neko the following review saddens me to write but is necessary. I made an online reservation using OpenTable.com to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday for Sat, 8pm. We arrived 7:45pm & told our reservation was for Mon. 8pm. I said there must be a mistake b/c it was for my daughters 16th b/day & I wouldn't make a reservation on a school night at 8pm in OKC when we live in Norman. The hostess suggested we "go somewhere else & come back in 1 hr or maybe try across the street" (Musashi's). We put our names on the "list" & returned 9:05pm. At 9:30 I asked if we were next & the hostess said, "No, there are 4 parties in front of you & you shouldn't be so upset, some people have waited longer". I told her we were leaving, she offered two tables that sat two each! I asked, "Why would I separate our family?".I understand the problem w/OpenTable is not the restaurants but not an ounce of empathy was given to the situation nor my family. Then to suggest we be grateful for only waiting an 1 1/2 b/c others waited longer. Most disappointing was the owner, Carl Milam, only wanted to address the problem with OpenTable & "proof" of our reservation...wow...so our family would dress up, lie about a 16th birthday, wait 1 1/2 just for fun? Not only did the restaurant employees fail to recognize/offer good customer service, it apparently comes from the owner/operator; leaving us with no hope for improvement.
